Following along with Seafair’s 2021 announcement, we too are encouraged by Governor Enslee’s Phase 3 guidelines that support small and medium size events to return with limitations. Currently, these guidelines will not support certain aspects of our event.

Tour de Terrace has decided at this time to cancel our Parade and Car show. We realize these are community favorites, but provide challenges with social distancing requirements and keeping attendees safe. We are still moving forward with planning the event and are brain storming ideas for what remains (Carnival-Arts & Craft Vendors-Live Music-Food-Beer Garden). Outside of the Carnival, these other events are manageable under the current guidelines.
